Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
Mercedes-Benz of Warwick along with long time philanthropist and community advocate Stephen Evangelista, Principal, Evangelista Consulting held this year’s Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State’s mission of providing mentors to the youth of Rhode Island who will motivate and empower them to make positive decisions, improve academic results, avoid risky behaviors, and grow in a way that will positively impact our community.
The event, held at the Warwick Country Club on July 23, 2018, included 18 holes of golf, cart, raffles, luncheon and awards gala for this year’s tournament winners. This year’s winners include Adam Bonaventura from Pudley, MA and Anthony Belliveau from Millbury, MA. They will advanced to the National Final tournament this fall in Texas. Winners of the National Final advance to the International Championship in Germany, payed for by Mercedes-Benz USA. These unforgettable experiences include, golf rounds, accommodations, and entertainment at a luxury golf resort.
Participants of the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship are eligible to receive a Cobra Stand Bag by test-driving a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle – courtesy of Mercedes-Benz of Warwick and MBUSA.
